No matter how new and unexplored, M31 builds each route following a precise and structured process, so as to reduce the risks and contingencies of the exploration itself as much as possible.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

F1 – Exploration<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is the phase that cubes the least cost and serves to reduce the most risks and contingencies. You build the best hypothesis to achieve the result and choose the best path: goals, time, cost.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

F2 – Development and Testing<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Having chosen the design path, the actual product is developed at this stage through a series of iterations following our SCRUM-derived methodology. First prototypes arrive.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

F3 – Industrialization<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

During this phase, the design is fine-tuned to make sure it is engineered and industrialized-getting the best performance at the lowest cost and hardening the product for future market launch or mass production.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

F4 – Certification<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Obtaining reference certifications for the market for which the product or service is intended–closing the technical documentation and design phase.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

1. During the first meeting we analyze from the ground up, together with you, your context, your market, your story, listening for potential collaboration insights. The purpose of the first meeting is to help us identify, among the thousands of possibilities, the most promising working hypotheses.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

After the second meeting it will be up to you to decide whether to go on your adventure, together with us.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
