The Project as a working philosophy<\/h4>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Everyone in M31 lives by design: for us, Design is a working philosophy. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

While specializing in cutting-edge disciplines such as IoT, AI, and Robotics, our most challenging goal is not to be mere task performers. On the contrary, at M31 each Project is a journey with the Client, a unique path to be discovered and experienced together, closely, in order to achieve and exceed the most ambitious goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We interpret Design as an art that integrates the creativity of a designer and the method of an engineer, the precision of a professional and the spirit of exploration of a pioneer. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Joining M31, as a future Client or future designer, means embracing a collaborative and dedicated approach, turning every idea into an extraordinary solution, exploring new technological territories and pushing conventional limits, turning every “impossible” into a challenge and an opportunity. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

What is the key value we add to your project?<\/summary>\n

For our team, the key is not “just” following the requirements we are given and delivering the best possible result. The success of your initiative, in fact, comes not only from developing precisely what you need but, more importantly, from developing something that will really make an impact on your market. Therefore, we accompany you from the very beginning of the project by exploring potential enrichments of your product.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Is the work then broken up and divided among the different disciplines? <\/summary>\n

No, our Chapters each contribute their own discipline to the success of the project, but the project is always viewed from a unified perspective and is managed by a project manager and an individual team, composed of specific elements from each Chapter. When a project begins, it is the Project Team that carries the most weight.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

What kind of work organization do you have?<\/summary>\n

The organization of work is designed to adhere to the needs of each project and each partner. Generally, where possible, we use our methodology, which is a mixture of Agile (SCRUM) and Kanban coordination-we use the Atlassian<\/a> suite for coordination, revision control, documentation, and team management. <\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

We often have open positions to strengthen our team, see also the Join M31<\/a> page.
